We go to great lengths to package these models so there is no damage when they are shipped. However, some, but not all, madaboutcars vehicles have sideview mirrors. Some are fragile, due to scale, which can be broken off with rough handling during shipping. If this happens to your model you should be able to re-attach using super glue. If you prefer, we can send you a new part that was broken but we ask for shipping reimbursement or we can add it to a new order.
