Another great kit from Showcase Miniatures! I’ve built several kits from these fine folks and this one is every bit as fun and easy to build as their other kits.  But where this kit really shines is the fact that it lends itself to kitbashing and modifications due to its solid components and common size.  I turned it into a low sided gondola but it could be used as the basis for an  early tank car, crane car, or whatever you choose.
 I found it easier for me to use fine wire for the truss rods instead of the supplied line. That reflects on me,  not the kit. The stakes are also tedious to apply but they’re worth the effort.
These kits are very affordable and I’m sure I’ll find use for more of them in the near future.
