Beautiful kit. Would recommend this for any N scaler. 

Just finished the second of three kits I recently purchased from Showcase. Another excellent product. All the parts were cut to precise fittings and went together with only a little coaxing once in a while. The detail of the trusses is beautiful but gets lost once the roofing is installed. The windows are a masterpiece in themselves. I only wish there had been some castings included but my "junk box" yielded enough to dress up this kit. My one fault with this kit is the question of which trim went where as the instructions were sketchy in identification. However, a dry run trial and error fitting solved the problem. The instructions did not indicate any help with the silo wraps but with my 70 plus years of experience I used the old tried and true method of wetting the wrap and curling it around, in this case, a small glue stick. Held together with rubber bands, over night they dried in a curled position and applying them to the cores was a cinch. This hint might be included in the instructions as an addendum in the future. This kit is not for the beginner in my opinion, but I thoroughly enjoyed building it. Five stars all around.

An enjoyable building to put together. Has excellent instructions and plenty of easily identifiable parts to use. Will easily fit in with my Feed and Seed industry on my Nscale layout.
Using it for the fertilizer section of the complex along with another building that I have.
