No complaints what so ever. Can't wait till yall make more building kits! :)

Overall I was pleased with this kit. However there are several things that made the build harder than it should have been. This kit is not for a beginner. The laser cutting is excellent as usual with Showcase kits. The first flaw is with the lack of parts identification on the instruction sheet showing all the parts. The second problem is with the drawings presented. I would rather have seen isometric projections as was done on the previous kits I have built. These orthographic projections would be difficult for someone who is not used to architectural drawings. This led to the third problem. There are no elevation drawings or any other form of information as to what the back side and the cut out side with the exterior framing look like. Lastly floor "C" was too large for the space and had to be cut to fit. Showcase has done excellent instructions in the other kits I have built and these instructions disappointed me. The materials and fit of the parts are excellent as I said previously. An updated set of instructions would greatly enhance the enjoyment of building this kit. I still would recommend this kit.
SHOWCASE REPLIES; It's true that the instructions are not our usual well-detailed graphical instructions as with our other kits. This kit was retired for many years and was requested by customers to bring it back to the market. So the instructions that were done for it originally by the previous owner of Showcase are still with the kit. We have not changed them at this point.
