There is this really cool video on Youtube that I forwarded to Walter the other day. If you haven’t seen it yet you really should it is extraordinary. I was very inspired by the drone views of the Southwest Chief doing its business through Raton. The varying angles and top views are spectacular, to say the least. What really caught my attention is the views of well used US&S signaling equipment that is still hanging on and in use. Of course, Century already has a comprehensive collection of N and HO scale US&S components. So some of the signals in these close up views could be built pretty darn close if not right on. Then there are those semaphores with the glass rondels and the wood flag boards distressed by years of exposure to the weather. It’s a beautiful sight. Hmm I wonder?

Now wouldn’t it be nice to have some of those semaphores signals in miniature. Maybe if enough Showcase friends respond to this idea, Walter might consider it. If you want (Semaphore Signals) respond with a like on FB or even a comment on the website blog.
