The Black Butte Train Order Office once served Southern Pacific's Shasta Route. It was located on the slope of Mt. Shasta. It was part of an improvement in the 1930s known as the Natran Cutoff. This little train order office can be used as is or it can represent similar train order offices used on the SP lines. Finished structure is Approximately 2 5/8" x 3 3/8".   Outstanding scale model
  
  Very impressed with the prototype fidelity of this well-made laser cut kit. It matches the blueprints in Bruce Petty's book on Southern Pacific Common Standards Plans (Volume 2) . Assembly is quite simple. I added interior detail and lighting. This is the only HO scale model available for this classic Black Butte train order station. Looks great on the Black Butte section of my layout.
